RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

Any items that have been shipped via white glove delivery are final sale and are not eligible for return.   

Items that have been refused at day of delivery for any reason other than damage or wrong item delivered will be assessed a shipping charge for the same amount of original shipping charges. 

For items that have been shipped via UPS or FedEx and that are eligible for returns there will be an item returned shipping charge of $7.00.  

All custom orders are nonreturnable.

If damaged is discovered upon delivery you can exchange for an item of equal or greater value. 

Defective merchandise will be repaired or exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. 

Upon delivery of your merchandise, If you find damage you have the right to refuse the delivery.  Make a note of the damage on the delivery form before signing for the item.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for exchange only.  

 

LEAD TIMES

 

The length of time your order will take depends on what you have selected. Most upholstery orders can be ready in only two to three weeks however; custom order may take four to seven weeks. All lead times are approximate. It is not uncommon that an order is ready earlier or later than expected.  

 

DELIVERIES

 

We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule your white glove delivery.  If a 24 hour notice has not been given an additional charge will be applied.   Additional fees will be charged for missed appointments.

 

PAYMENT

 

Full payment is required at placement of order.

 

COUPONS & PROMOTIONS

 

A single promotion may be used per purchase. 

 

WARRANTIES

 

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty.
